How do I purchase a stationery design or suite from the stationery collection?
On each stationery page there is a link which will take you to an order form.
Simply fill in your details and specifications and submit the form. I will respond within 3 working days.
Alternatively, you can get in contact via email@example.com with an outline of your requirements.
An invoice will be emailed to you whereby a 50% deposit is payable prior to receiving your digital proofs.
The final payment is payable when you confirm approval for printing.
How much do the stationery products cost?
Is there a minimum?
The minimum required quantity for printing is 40. Quantities are required in increments of 10.
If you need less than 40 cards, arrangements can be made to print your quantity.
A minimum order spend of $160 is required for all wedding stationery orders.
How do you accept payment?
Payments can be made securely via PayPal or direct bank deposit. Payment details will be included in the order invoice.
Can I have letterpress or metallic foil for a design from the ready-to-order collection?
Yes sure. This can be arranged for almost all of the designs. An additional cost will apply.
Can you create a custom design for me?
I would love to.
In addition to the ready-to-order stationery collection, a unique custom design can be tailor-made to suit your style, with pricing starting at $150 for the design. Printing costs apply on top of the design fee.
Can I change the wording on a stationery design?
Yes of course, any of the designs can be personalised to display your desired wording for any special occasion, at no extra cost.
Can I change the colour of a stationery design?
Yes you certainly can. Colour adjustments are made free of charge. There is a chart available, which contains popular pre-approved colours for print. The custom colour chart can be viewed here.
When will I receive the proof and what is the process?
A pdf proof will be received within 3 working days after your 50% deposit has been received.
Your unique text will be positioned in the best way to suit your selected design and layout.
Some slight adjustments may be made to ensure that the wording fits nicely, though you will always have the final say.
During the proof approval stage any text, layout or colour adjustments can be made at no extra cost.
Please keep in mind that any changes will delay the time involved with processing your order for print & having the finished product to you. Final payment for your order is payable when you confirm your approval for print.
How do I proof check?
Please ensure that you carefully check all digital stationery proofs for any spelling mistakes or layout/colour errors during the proof approval stage.
Your confirmation of approval is acceptance of your responsibility for the accuracy of all spelling and correct layout.
Any amendments after confirmation of approval will incur an additional charge.
If confirmation of approval is received for any artworks with errors, reprints and delivery will be at the expense of the customer.
If printed stationery is received with an error that differs to the approved proofs, the order will be amended, reprinted and delivered at no cost to the customer.
When will I receive my printed stationery?
The general timeframe from start to finish including design, production and delivery is 3-4 weeks for standard orders.
Please keep in mind that any requested proof changes and delayed email correspondence will extend the time involved in receiving the finished product.
The printing & delivery usually takes 2 weeks from confirmation of approval.
Time frames can be delayed in peak times during certain times of the year. If you are concerned, please contact me to get current timeframe information.
What cardstocks are used for printed stationery?
An elegant and thick (350gsm), natural white, premium cardstock is the standard cardstock for all stationery products. You won’t find any flimsy shiny white ‘satin’ cardstocks here!
If you have another cardstock in mind please feel free to contact me so that we can talk about your ideas.
Is your stationery professionally printed?
Yes of course. All stationery is printed on the highest quality digital press by a professional print house in Australia.
Can I have guest names printed onto stationery?
Yes sure, an additional flat rate fee of $95 applies for guest name printing per stationery item order.
An example excel list will be emailed to you as a guide of how to submit your list of names.
Do you offer rounded corners for printed stationery?
Yep! Rounded corners are available for most wedding, baby and house stationery designs. Not recommended for folded cards or place cards.
This option costs an additional $1 per card.
Are envelopes included with invitations and announcements?
White textured envelopes are included with invitations, save the date cards, thank you cards and announcement cards.
Custom coloured envelopes are available for an additional cost.
What if I change my mind after placing an order – can I get a refund?
If design work has not started, then yes, a full refund of your 50% deposit will be returned to you.
If design work has started you will receive a portion of your deposit (based on how much work has been involved).
If proof approval has been confirmed and printing has taken place a refund will not be offered.
Can I reproduce all or part of your designs to make my own stationery or logo, even if I have paid for an order?
No. Please don’t. I’m not cool with people purchasing stationery and then reproducing a section of the design so they can, for example, create their DIY wedding programs. All designs on the Winterwoods website and social media, including digital proofs, are the sole property of Winterwoods Design and are copyright protected and can not be reproduced.
Are your designs copyright protected?
Yes. All designs and images on the Winterwoods website and linked social media sites, including artwork digital proofs, are the sole property of Winterwoods Design and are copyright protected and can not be reproduced in any way. If you would like to use on a blog I’d love to please hear from you first.
Winterwoods Design reserves the right to reproduce and use any printed stationery material for advertising purposes (eg. website, social media, magazines) or samples.
Do you ship internationally?
Shipping to international destinations can be arranged. It is strongly recommended that you look into whether or not any additional fees may apply upon parcel arrival, as you will be responsible for any applicable duties and taxes which may incur once your parcel has reached the destination. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org prior to placing an order to discuss the requirements and shipping fee.
